I am here to convert life experiences of healing, mystery, imagination, and love into long and short stories. Some true, some false, and some, a mixture of both. All with the hope of giving you hope, laughter and an awakened consciousness in in our present day. Breathing oxygen, sharing love, and enjoying our planet as responsibly as possible, together.

Music, in all forms, is powerful and transformative, and has inspired my personal journey immeasurably, (no pun intended ;). Sometimes words aren't enough, and for me, a needed creative expression is done best through playing the piano. All videos or recordings posted under Composed, are original (unless indicated).
Born and currently living in America, I am the mother of a son. I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology, but acquired most of my knowledge about breaking unhealthy patterns/healing through Shamanic work & holistic remedies. As with most people, I also have a unique, complicated, painful, and hilarious past, to which I owe all of my growth & found happiness.
Nothing is constant; the world around us changes all the time. I have my days, and turn to faith, hope, and these same holistic modalities to push through, which have proven most effective for me. Stories and posts will include accounts of these healing tools and how they are actually quite simple, and life-changing techniques.

Among my greatest joys: inspiring others through stories of laughter and risk, and most importantly, embracing change while surrendering to the lessons of healing.
